Richard A. Michaelson, MD
Richard A. Michaelson, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a medical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He has won awards from the American Cancer Society and Saint Barnabas Medical Center, and has been recognized in directories of top physicians published by New York and New Jersey monthly magazines. Dr. Michaelson's current practice is focused on the evaluation and treatment of patients with breast cancer.
Allyson J. Ocean, MD
Allyson J. Ocean, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology. She graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Dr. Ocean's primary interest is in the biology and treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies. She is the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles and abstracts and is an active member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and American Association for Cancer Research. In her clinical practice, Dr. Ocean believes in the provision of state-of-the art treatment for her patients and their families, as well as a comprehensive, compassionate, multidisciplinary approach to their care and support.
Beth Taubes, RN
Beth S. Taubes, RN, OCN, has been involved in the field of oncology nursing for 25 years. She is a published author in both nursing and medical oncology journals with a primary focus on breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and clinical trials. Ms. Taubes has been a speaker at many national and regional nursing meetings, including the Oncology Nursing Society Congress. In addition to providing patient care, she serves as a consultant and advisor in the administrative and clinical arenas. As a champion of nursing education, Ms. Taubes has a particular interest in cancer symptom management.
Kernie Ganteaume, RN, OCN
Kernester (Kernie) Ganteaume, RN, OCN, graduated from Kate Bitting Reynolds School of Nursing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and is a retired lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserve. Ms. Ganteaume's nursing career has spanned over 38 years and includes clinical practice and nurse management in an adult oncology practice.
